I hold a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, complete with Nutrition and Weight Management. You’ve heard the saying that achieving your goals is 90% diet and 10% exercise but you don’t need to be eating salads to lose weight and you don’t need to be eating chicken and rice to bulk up.
When we work together we’ll talk through the calories required to meet your goals whether that’s a calorie deficit or an increase to gain weight. The key will be support and consistency, all things I’m here to help with to ensure you’re building sustainable habits.
How does it work?
When we work together, you can expect a calorie goal, you’ll likely be given a protein goal and if you have very specific goals we may look at breaking your calorie goal into macros. All of that said, there’s nothing to worry about, everything will be explained to you in an easy way because I know how difficult it can be to stay motivated when things are overcomplicated.

If you’re looking for a nutrition plan to lose weight, I can help. If you’re looking for set meal plans, this isn’t for you, what I offer is flexibility. I’ll help you to lose weight and build sustainable habits that ensure this isn’t just another yo-yo diet.
The most important thing is to ensure you don’t feel over restricted with your nutrition and that you can still enjoy living. For that reason, you’ll never be given an unrealistic calorie deficit and we’ll continuously assess how it’s going to make tweaks so you’re comfortable whilst continuing to make progress.
Nutrition Plan for Weight Gain and Building Muscle
If your goal is to build muscle, you’ll be looking for a nutrition plan for weight gain. Working with a personal trainer isn’t all about weight loss so I can definitely help you build more muscle! We’ll work together to increase your protein intake and how you can maintain a calorie surplus, even for those that struggle to get in additional calories.
