At FYF Personal Training, we use Everfit to provide you with your work out plans and structure. This feeds the data straight back into my coach app so I have more information when we do weekly check-ins together.

This can be easily done using video form analysis so I can provide advice on your technique or on your heavy set if it’s time to go heavier!
