Who's Behind Find Your Fit Personal Training?
My name’s Josh and I can’t wait to speak to you more about finding your fit.
‘Fitness’ doesn’t mean the same to everyone so here at Find Your Fit, my goal is to help you meet your goals whilst ensuring it suits you because I’m a strong believer in enjoying the exercise you do. So whether your goal is to put on some muscle, lose some body fat or gain some much needed confidence I’ll help to guide you there.
I’ll make sure you’re not only exercising efficiently but safely, allowing you to push yourself to be the best version of yourself with my support. We’ll focus on developing sustainable habits along the way and always focus on having fun.
I currently offer personal training at Horizon Leisure Centres, working from both Havant and Waterlooville centres alongside working as a Gym Instructor for the company. I have been working in the fitness industry for 3 years but have been using exercise as a tool for self development, physically and mentally, for over 10 years.
I've always played football for local teams and social teams, I found the gym at 15, played squash with my dad, discovered tennis, rugby and basketball during secondary school which led me to play rugby for a local Fareham team, enjoyed cycling and road biking with friends and I've recently found an interest in golf. I haven't loved each sport equally throughout my life and that's ok because you've got to enjoy moving your body!
